Born in China, educated in South Korea, entered global corporate in the US and has lived in Beijing, Seoul, Los Angeles and Shanghai, Lei has naturally adapted Eastern and Western culture from a young age and is a fluent trilingual speaker.

After moving to Los Angeles in 2005, Lei found her blessing and passion in real estate and proudly became a licensed California Realtor. She had applied her excellent language skill, exquisite networking ability and became very active among the Asian community in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Lei joined Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) in Los Angeles as Asian Business Affair manager under Business Development Dept.  In July 2009, Lei accepted the position to be an expatriate to AEG China office in Shanghai, since then she has helped the company to develop new business including sponsorship sales, special project, touring & event, government & partner relationships and global new business development.

Lei had developed a valuable client base in Greater China, South Korea, and the US. She has sold the first venue sponsorship to a Chinese SOE (State Owned Entity) , China Unicom in 2010 and has been involved in over 1.5 Billion US dollar sponsorship deals.

Lei had also written and published her first novel , Jill, in 2016.

After years of preparation, Lei started her own bilingual early education, Little Fox Bilingual Preschool and Academy in 2017. With her passion, loving nature and strong belief in education, the school is expecting to serve more and more children in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
